Immersion over indulgence. We invest just outside the spotlight of St. Moritz, Gstaad and St. Tropez, in understated, design-forward places for those who value authenticity over flash.
Strategic acquisition, thoughtful renovation, and end-to-end management — connecting owners, investors and travellers to the essence of a place.
We invest in destinations that are as intentional as the homes we create.
There is something wonderfully romantic about staying in a grenier — the freestanding timber storehouses once used by Alpine families to keep grain safe. This one has stood in Rougemont for generations, now restored into a private mountain hideaway where history and modern comfort sit quietly side by side. Winter mornings are made for staying in; summer hands the garden over to hiking trails at the door.
The design takes its cues from the chalet itself — weathered timber, deep forest tones, warm stone and soft wool set against the muted colours of mountain light. Contemporary comfort is woven in discreetly, so every space feels intimate, layered and understated, without losing the soul that made it special.
Opening the gates at Corte Maggia feels like stepping into another world — a secluded courtyard behind the village church, framed by stone walls, magnolias, palms and jasmine, surrounded by buildings that have belonged to the same family for generations: the main house, an apartment, a rustico, a future studio and a little spa grotto.
The palette is drawn directly from the valley — granite, deep emerald and turquoise water, forest greens and the copper of autumn foliage — balanced inside with linen, wool, timber and hand-finished plaster. Family heirlooms sit alongside contemporary pieces, so the interiors feel collected rather than composed.
